my love for you remains authentic. enduring.
do you really doubt that?
when I was young - people told me I was naïve
ignorant - foolish.

but I never was - ignorant.
never a fool.
I understood love -
and consequences.

at the extremity?
desolation - to lose it all.
and still - I loved you.
and still -

I love you.
