Psychedelic Love

Psychedelic - An apparent expansion of awareness,
caused by drug induced withdrawal (It says).

But I don’t take drugs (except for headaches)
like the blinding one I have right now.

It’s been caused by induced withdrawal. You tell me -
Induced withdrawal is used in therapy - to expand horizons.

Maybe you should try it
see what’s right in front.

And though I don’t need drugs or therapy for that.
I was blinded - by you.

Too long trapped within the darkness of your asylum
so you may be right!  

I need your induced withdrawal to expand my horizons -
to see the light beyond the darkness -

beyond a time of you

and me.
