The Clairvoyant

I'm always impressed when people know what I'm thinking.
I never appreciated how many of them were clairvoyant.

It seems I don't possess that skill,
if I did: I would have seen that coming!

You must think you do,
why else would you apologise and say:

'I'm sorry I'm not the person you think I am'.

You think you can read my mind,
when the reality is, you can't.

But then: you probably saw that coming.
